West Star Aviation ALN (Alton IL) is where we go for our MRO needs. I believe the West Star team has years of Falcon experience. Furthermore, they’ve been consistent for us and have always met our requirements.

National Helicopters at CNB2 (Bolton Heliport, Bolton ON, Canada) is the MRO of our selection. They’ve done an amazing job supporting our Bell 206B-3. They always provide us with top-notch service, repair, and attention.

Bournemouth Aviation Services at BOH (Bournemouth, England) is where we take our Pilatus PC-12/47. They have a huge amount of experience on the PC-12 – both legacy and NG versions. Personnel are very competent and efficient all the time.

Dassault Falcon Service LBG (le Bourget, Paris, France) is where we take our Falcon 2000S. The most important advantage is that they have the biggest stock of parts, avoiding any delays in maintenance services.

Textron Aviation SAT (Intl, San Antonio TX) is our preferred MRO for our Citation XLS+. This is the closest OEM mx base to our operation.

Bombardier XSP (Seletar, Singapore) is our favorite facility. It’s a great place to stay and bring your aircraft. They work really diligently and fast, and give you a lot of feedback. They always have time to answer your queries. Their new facility is fantastic, with many rooms and space for customer use. Parts pricing is competitive, and gives you warranty peace of mind.

Constant Aviation CLE (Cleveland-Hopkins OH) is our choice when we have to use a 3rd-party MRO facility. They’re always on time and on budget, and the service received is exceptional.

Pilot Services of Ohio at LUK (Lunken, Cincinnati OH) and Textron Aviation IND (Indianapolis IN) are the service centers of our preference. We use both for location, price, professional teams, and reliable service. We’re satisfied with both of them.

StandardAero AGS (Augusta GA) and Duncan Aviation at BTL and TEB (Teterboro NJ) are our preferred service centers. StandardAero is absolutely top shelf. What I like the most is that they are very knowledgeable in Hawkers – better than anyone in the field. Duncan BTL has facilities and capabilities that consistently exceed expectations, and the TEB location is excellent for connectivity and avionics issues. During the past 25 years, we’ve been operating Hawkers and have been very pleased with the work performed by StandardAero and Duncan Aviation. Both providers are staffed with techs who have a wealth of knowledge and experience levels that are second to none. As with many things, manpower and supply chain issues have made scheduling more challenging. However, they always come through as best they come.

Western Aircraft at BOI (Boise ID) provides maintenance service for our Falcon 2000. Its personnel have knowledge and experience on Dassault Falcon aircraft, and they stand behind their work.

Western Aircraft at BOI and Century Helicopters at FNL (Fort Collins CO) take care of our Pilatus PC-12 and Bell 407, respectively. Western Aircraft has always assisted us well during the past 20-plus years, providing us with excellent and on-time service. Century Helicopters is simply the greatest. A customer is a king for them, and they’ll bend over backwards to accommodate you! Larry Hansen, Michael Hansen, Philip Glasgow, plus all the guys in the back and all the ladies up front are fantastic. We’ve had more than 25 years of outstanding service from Century Helicopters. They’re simply the best. What more can I say?

Excel Aviation GLE (Gainesville TX) is the MRO facility that takes care of our Dassault Falcon 900. They’re great folks to work with, and the service they provide is always excellent.

Bombardier at TUS (Tucson AZ) is our chosen service center. We take our Challenger 350 to this facility because of the superior service they provide. Plus, they are close to our base.

Among the different MROs we use to maintain our aircraft, we go to Textron Aviation IWA (Mesa Gateway, Phoenix AZ). We are delighted with its services and mobile service unit. We also use Circle Aviation at SEE (Gillespie, San Diego CA) and are very pleased with all the support received from them. They’re fine entities selected to maintain our Citation jets.

Elliott Aviation PDK (Dekalb–Peachtree, Atlanta GA) keeps up with our Citation V maintenance needs. It’s easy to airline in and out to the service facility. Its professional team understands the difference between airworthy and nice to fix. They are great guys to work with, and the quality of the job delivered is always outstanding.

Flying Colours SUS (Spirit of St Louis MO) has been a true partner for the maintenance needs of our fleet. They’re thoughtful about their manpower resources, and do an amazing job balancing the workload in their hangar to ensure they are able to follow through on their commitments. We’ve always departed on time and without any discrepancies after every maintenance visit we’ve had.

Michigan Aviation at PTK (Pontiac MI) is our favorite MRO facility. They’re an attentive, high-quality organization. They took care of my Cessna 421C before I acquired my Citation. They’re very knowledgeable technicians who do an outstanding job at a fair price.

Martin Aviation SNA (Santa Ana CA) is my chosen MRO. This facility has been working on Pilatus PC-12s since they were first delivered in the mid-90s. The management staff and technicians are incredibly knowledgeable about Pilatus and other aircraft. Every time I leave after having work done, I know it was done right, and that my PC-12 is safe.

West Star Aviation GJT (Grand Junction CO) is the service center maintaining our Citation Mustang. It is a factory-authorized service center, and we can talk directly to the mechanics. The number of post-maintenance squawks has been very low, and their prices are reasonable relative to factory support. Also, their billing and payment system is easy to deal with. We’ve been happy customers for over 5 years now.

Jet Aviation in Basel, Switzerland is where our aircraft receive the necessary maintenance. We’re very pleased with their services. Staff are very professional.

Duncan Aviation LNK (Lincoln NE) is the selected maintenance facility for our Global Express. We’re pleased with its long experience and familiarity with our aircraft type. In addition, it enables integration with Bluetail Digital Aircraft and Aviation Records.

Stevens Aerospace at MQY (Smyrna TN) is a top-notch organization. They listen to us and deliver what we ask for – and everything is perfect. They installed the Blackhawk conversion and are our go-to maintenance provider. They solve AOG issues, and do a fantastic job sourcing parts. They are always there to help!

Pentastar Aviation at PTK has been our favorite service facility during the past 10 years. Its techs have worked on all our major inspections and some upgrades. We’re always pleased with their knowledge and expertise.

Eagle Creek Aviation EYE (Eagle Creek, Indianapolis IN) is the preferred maintenance facility for our Embraer Phenom 300. We’re very pleased with them, since they always deliver on time with high-quality work. Exec VP Rick Branch has always been fair on his pricing for both scheduled and unscheduled work.

TAC Air OMA (Omaha NE) is our preferred MRO. It takes care our Cheyenne II’s maintenance needs. Having them as our service center has worked very well for me.

Dassault Aircraft Services LIT (Little Rock AR) is the facility where we exclusively take our Falcon 900LX. We’ve been going there throughout the past 25 years. We’ve experienced countless ups and a few downs. However, something that remains consistent is the people working on the floor and behind the scenes, who do an exceptional job. They are all trustworthy professionals who will go the extra mile to do their very best to exceed your expectations. If for some reason they fail to exceed your expectations, they will make it right!

Stevens Aerospace MQY is the MRO that takes care of our aircraft needs. Its qualified team always does an excellent job, and is very knowledgeable on King Airs. And they always deliver the aircraft when promised.

West Star GJT is our favorite service facility for annual inspections. We’ve also been to the company’s ALT facility due to a scheduling conflict. We’ve used West Star’s AOG crew twice this year due to the inability of the manufacturer’s product support to provide assistance. Overall, West Star has consistently come through for us during both scheduled and AOG events.

Gulfstream BQK (Brunswick GA) is our preferred MRO service center. They’re extremely thorough, and we’ve been using them exclusively during the past 5 years. We’ve established a very good relationship with all people involved there. From the very top management to the greeter at the door, their team sees to it that all requests are complied with in a timely manner.

KCAK Aviation OJC (Olathe KS) is where we take our Pilatus PC-12/47E for its maintenance needs. We are very pleased with them. We’ve always received excellent service from their professional team, and our aircraft has been returned in a timely manner.
