Charles started in aviation in 2005 and has held positions at Hawker Beechcraft. and Dassault Falcon Jet prior to taking a position with West Star Aviation in 2016. While at West Star Aviation, Charles has held both Technician and Lead positions.
In this new role, Charles will be responsible for partnering with day-shift Program Managers to identify, plan and supervise second-shift turnover across varying disciplines (maintenance, modifications and support). Primarily focusing on safety of employees and aircraft along with quality workmanship to include compliance with customer specifications, company procedures and FAA regulations.
