Service offerings will include the usual slate of Million Air amenities—public lobby area, theater room, transient and resident office spaces, concierge service, BMW crew cars—and 24/7 operation. SBD has a 10,000-ft runway, no noise mitigation issues and ample space for future growth. Current schedule calls for the FBO’s structural framing to be completed through June. The first of 2 corporate hangars is now 40% complete and the underground work, ramp and foundations are complete on the 2nd hangar. Completion is slated for Sep 2009.
